Whole-tone Warmup
Using whole-tones and then chromatic tones allows you to gradually build your range in both directions. Remember even though the notes are either a whole tone or half-tone apart, the tubing you use by pressing the valves down change dramatically so you have to be ready for it. Copy the page and then paste it to your desktop and then you can print it out for your practice.

Using the harmonic series as a flexibility exercise allows you to concentrate on one length of tubing to locate exactly where your notes are. This exercise is an excellent compliment to the Whole-tone warmup above. If you have other keyed instruments, I would strongly use this on all of them.
