I am a certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, Producer, Speaker and Editor.  I have been inspiring and motivating the world to exercise body soul and spirit since 1989.  I do not see this slowing down anytime soon.

Producer / Host of Exercising with Paul Eugene on PCTV21 since 2003 and also carried on media platforms as well. The owner of Paul Eugene LLC which houses all my video productions, speaking engagements, e-books and online magazine. I am a son, brother, uncle, father, grandfather and great grandfather. I am officially a Senior Citizen, now age 65, retired and have a vision for some much more to do.
